Setting a time limit on a campaign and profile picture

I consider myself to be extremely computer literate, but I cannot figure out these two things

-How do I set a time limit on my campaign - ie This campaign ends May 31st, 2011 - it shows how much time there is left in a campaign, but as user I see no way to set that time.

-How do I set my profile picture? When I click on the picture, it just brings me to my profile. When I click edit my profile, there is not option to set a user pic.

   Hi,
   Thanks for writing. You are correct that the end-date is no longer visible. It used to be an option to set but people complained that their campaigns ended and so we removed that option. However, if your campaign was set up before that option was removed then you would not be able to change that date. I can change it for you internally if you'd like just let me know the campaign and the end date and I'll make that change for you.

   Also we currently don't have a way to change your avatar (though it's coming). Presently we use gravatar.com which allows you to tie a avatar image to an email address.
