Is Anyone On Here to Help

Is this site monitored? I would like support but I have no one responding to help requests, nor do I have a phone number to call to for help. What is up with this?

    Pledgie is run by two volunteers, who are very busy with work,
    family, and other tasks.

    If you have not received a reply, then you may simply have to wait
    longer.

    We offer professional phone support on a per incident basis at cost
    of $200 per incident. We accept PayPal.
