Use pledgie.com instead of www.pledgie.com in URLs

As www.pledgie.com is permanently redirected (HTTP 302) to pledgie.com you shouldn't use www.pledgie.com in URLs like the generated Pledgie links and badges.

    The permanent redirection is a new thing we did and all the links haven't been updated yet. Thanks for pointing this out though.
